The Mitsubishi EV Pressure Test Kit is an EV battery enclosure leak test kit for Mitsubishi HV vehicle batteries.

The product allows testing of the HV battery enclosure for potential gross leaks, preventing moisture or dust ingress into the enclosure. This allows verification in service that the HV batteries are sealed to OE specification from environmental elements that can cause premature failure or malfunction of the HV battery.

The kit contains:
• A handpump to pressurize the enclosure to test specifications.
• A digital manometer for determining leak rate as part of service procedures.
• Block off adapter and grommets for sealing of the test port locations.

The manometer features a backlight and hold function that can be used for pressure decay tests as specified by Mitsubishi based on procedural needs. It can also be used for vacuum tests where specified.
