The R-Series Simplex AirStation compressors from Champion are provided through DES with all of the accessories customers need already included, including a mounted dryer. The addition of a mounted dryer on the compressor package provides a complete plug and play system with a compact design and footprint. This new exciting design will save the customer on plumbing and installation costs.
All units are completely assembled, pre-wired, pre-piped, ready to install for quick, easy connection and start-up.

- Standard Compressor Pump Features One piece cylinder and cylinder head = no blown head gaskets
- High efficiency stainless steel disc valves = more air flow
- Two piece connecting rod = less chance of crankshaft failure
- Cast iron lined, aluminum cylinder = better heat dissipation with rigid cast iron tolerance
- Tapered roller bearings = longer, more reliable bearing life
- Precision balanced crankshaft & flywheel = smoother pump operation
- Centrifugal unloader for loadless starting = longer pump and motor life
Mounted Dryer/AirStation Features:
- XCNC dryer with 3 way bypass valve and pre-filter
- Bypass valve provides ability to bypass dryer at lower load conditions
- Filter removes solid and oil contaminants from the air stream prior to reaching dryer
- Output: 17.0 CFM @ 175PSI
- Dimensions: 75Lx30Wx50H
- Two stage splash lubricated compressor pumps.
- Mounted on an ASME coded air receiver with a pressure relief and service drain valve, pressure gauge and vibration isolators.
- 1800 r.p.m. - NEMA rated electric motor.
- Centrifugal unloader for loadless starts. Automatic start/stop controls.
- Low oil protection switch.
- Factory mounted Control panel with control voltage transformer.
- Electric tank drain.
- Mounted XCNC dryer with 3 way bypass valve included.
